Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide comprehensive assistance with storage unit rentals, lease management, and account inquiries
- Manage lease or rental agreements accurately using property management tools
- Handle client communication via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and clarity, ensuring all questions are answered thoroughly
- Conduct data entry, filing, and record keeping for tenant files
- Assist with property maintenance and facilities management to ensure storage units are clean, secure, and well-maintained
- Upsell additional storage options or services to maximize customer satisfaction and company revenue
- Resolve conflicts effectively by applying conflict management techniques while adhering to company policy
Experience
- Proven experience in customer service within property management or real estate environments is highly preferred
- Excellent communication skills with a professional phone etiquette; ability to negotiate effectively and manage client relationships
- Demonstrated ability to handle conflict resolution confidently while maintaining a positive customer experience
- Office experience involving data entry, filing, Microsoft Office suite proficiency (Word, Excel), and administrative support tasks
