Job Summary: Work one on one with individuals that are developmentally disabled to encourage and foster independent living.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with community inclusion(Go have fun!)
- Transport to/from activities
- Assist with basic hygienic tasks
- Meal prep
- Assist with medications
- Communicate effectively to guardians, family, and team leaders/Supervisors
