What are the responsibilities and job description for the Staff Nurse, ICU, Resource Pool, Day Shift position at Self Regional?
Utilizing the Nursing Process (Assessment, Planning, Nursing Diagnosis, Implementation and Evaluation) provides and documents professional nursing care to patients in accordance with the medical plan of care, critical pathways, established SRH and Nursing Policies and Standard Work. Coordinates and delegates the care with/to other professionals and ancillary personnel. Communicates findings as indicated to appropriate person(s). Obtain NRP certification within 1 year of hire. Complete annual review of unit specific Code A responsibilities. Performs any other job-related duties as requested by Nurse Manager or Director.
Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina. ADN degree. BLS certified.
