What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Nurse, Radiology - Full Time, First Shift position at Self Regional?
Utilizing the nursing process (assessment, planning, nursing diagnosis, implementation and evaluation) provides and documents professional nursing care to radiological services patients in accordance with the medical plan of care, established departmental/hospital nursing policies, procedures, protocols and standards of care. Performs other related duties as directed by the Radiology Director.
Requirements
Registered Nurse. Minimum of 6 months experience as a registered nurse. Must have current ACLS, BLS and PALS certification. Must maintain required continuing education credits.
Special Qualifications
Pressure monitoring equipment, EKG equipment, Procedure site preparation kits/supplies, patient mobilization devices, life support equipment, IV injection devices, charts, records, computers, and other equipment and supplies needed to perform radiological services procedures within the registered nurse's scope of practice.
