What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nurse Clinical Care Lead, ICU, Full Time, First Shift position at Self Regional?
Provides, and documents professional nursing care to patients in accordance with the medical plan of care, critical pathways, established SRH and Nursing Policies/Procedures/Protocols and Standards of Care. Assists Director with defined charge nurse duties. Works coordinating and delegating the care with/to other professionals and ancillary personnel. Communicates findings as indicated to appropriate person(s). Serves as a resource person for other SRH/nursing personnel to resolve work-related issues. Performs any other job-related duties as requested by Supervisor or Department Director.
Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina. Recent clinical experience required. Experience as a charge nurse required. Possesses leadership, communication, organizational, planning, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrates clinical competency in specialty. BSN required or must obtain within two years of hire.
