General Manager – Quick Service Restaurant (Confidential)
Location: Henderson, NC
Pay: Starting at $58,000/year, negotiable based on experience, plus bonus program
Type: Full-time, Salaried (Exempt)
Self Opportunity Inc. is recruiting for an established multi-unit quick-service restaurant organization. They need an experienced General Manager to run one restaurant from top to bottom.

What You'll Do
- Lead daily operations to hit quality, service, cleanliness, speed-of-service, and accuracy standards
- Own the restaurant P&L: sales forecasting, labor scheduling, food and paper costs, and controllable expenses
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop managers and crew
- Oversee inventory, ordering, cash control, and loss prevention
- Keep the restaurant compliant with food safety, health, security, and employment regulations
- Handle employee relations and resolve guest issues
What You Bring
- Experience with a major national QSR brand is required.
- 2 years of QSR management experience, including 1 year at Department Manager level or higher
- ServSafe Manager certification, or the ability to obtain it within 90 days
- Comfort reading financial reports and acting on them
- Proficiency with POS and scheduling systems
- High school diploma or GED
Schedule and Environment: The schedule rotates and includes early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays. The role requires 8 hours on your feet and lifting up to 50 lbs.
