Requirements:
- 3-5 years of multi-unit management experience in quick-service or fast-casual restaurants.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Proven leadership, mentoring, and team development skills.
- Strong operational knowledge: inventory, labor management, food safety, P&L oversight.
- Focus on exceptional customer service and brand standards.
- Ability to manage multiple locations and adapt to challenges.
- Willingness to travel regularly between locations.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficient in restaurant management software.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
