Industrial Construction Recruiter
Location: DFW Metroplex
Employment Type: 3-Month Temp-to-Perm
Pay Rate: Up to $42/hour (based on experience)
A well-established and growing organization in the industrial construction and skilled trades space is seeking an experienced Industrial Construction Recruiter to support high-volume, full-cycle hiring efforts in the DFW area. This role is ideal for a recruiter with a strong agency background who has recent experience operating in a corporate or embedded recruiting environment and thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven setting.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for complex industrial construction roles across Structural, Mechanical, and Electrical trades
- Conduct 5–10 interviews per day, managing a high-volume, full-desk workload
- Partner closely with VP- and Director-level leaders, providing updates, insights, and hiring recommendations
- Source and engage passive candidates using networking, referrals, and advanced sourcing tools
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for hard-to-fill skilled trade positions
- Track and manage performance against key recruiting KPIs, including:
- Interview-to-hire ratios
- Time-to-fill
- Pipeline activity and conversion metrics
- Ensure a professional, high-touch candidate experience while maintaining confidentiality throughout the process
What We’re Looking For
- Proven recruiting experience in industrial construction, skilled trades, or craft labor
- Background in agency recruiting, with more recent experience in a corporate or internal recruiting setting
- Demonstrated success in high-volume recruiting environments
- Comfort working in a metrics-driven role with clearly defined KPIs
- Experience recruiting difficult-to-fill roles within Structural, Mechanical, and Electrical disciplines
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with senior leadership
- Highly organized, resilient, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
