CLINICAL EDUCATOR– Pay is up to $60 per hourSelf Opportunity, Inc has partnered with one of the nation's leading global providers of patient transfer equipment, hygiene systems, and medical beds. Company is Arjo, Inc.We are searching for a licensed RN, PT, OT, LVN, or PTA with acute care clinical experience.The Clinical Consultant/Educator provides clinical consultation and training for hands-on ergonomic-based loss prevention programs in healthcare settings for patient transfer equipment; i.e. chairs, beds, lifts, etc.This is a part-time/per diem position, up to 35-40 hours per week, 6-8 hour shifts typically.Available work: Weekdays/days only, work could last 6 months or longerPay is up to $60.00 per hour.Position is home-based with Clinical Training work in Hartford, CT area with Hartford Healthcare facilities.Job Requirements:RN, PT, OT, LVN, or PTA licensure requiredClinical skill/knowledge – Minimum 5 years recent clinical practice/direct patient care within acute care environmentExperience training/educating healthcare teamsExperience operating patient transfer equipment and medical bedsClinical experience in a specialty area: medical-surgical, orthopedics, urgent care, operating room, and/or intensive care Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – comfort working with all levels up to senior-level positions in healthcare Other Information: Pay is up to $60 per hour, paid W2 not 1099This is NOT a sales positionExpenses are reimbursed every 2 weeks, including 70 cents per mile for personal vehicle usage for driving to and from medical facilities, parking, train fees, drivers, tolls, etc. Opportunity to travel out of state with all travel expenses covered, yet overnight travel is NOT required.Company DescriptionSelf Opportunity is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
