We are seeking a Digital Branch Specialist II to join our Bakersfield Team!
WHAT You'll DO
- Provide branch staff with Online and Mobile banking support.
- Determine nature of member concerns/issues, diagnose and recommend solution or, if necessary, generate electronic ticket with Information Technology department.
- Perform testing on operating system installations and upgrades.
- Identify member service needs and/or concerns that require leadership involvement, as well as proper members of the Digital Banking team
- Process online loan and deposit application within established service level agreement.
- Maintain an awareness of trends, products, technical advances and productivity tools that apply to improve process or to improve Self Help FCU online and mobile banking.
- High School diploma or equivalent related experience.
- Bilingual English – Spanish Fluency preferred.
- Min. 3 years’ experience in financial institution or min. 3 years’ experience in Contact Center environment.
- Proficient in relevant computer applications. Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly. Experience with Microsoft Office products including Outlook and Excel.
- Thorough knowledge of financial products and services, banking practices, operations, and policies preferred
- Exceptional customer service, active listening and verbal and written communication skills.
