Role Description As a part-time on-site Physical Therapist in Dallas, TX, you will assess patients’ functional status, movement patterns, and pain levels to develop personalized treatment plans. You will provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to improve strength, mobility, and overall function, while monitoring progress and adjusting plans as needed. Daily responsibilities include documenting evaluations and treatments accurately, educating patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention, and coordinating care with referring providers, coaches, trainers, parents, etc. You will also uphold safety and quality standards, maintain appropriate licensure and continuing education, and support a positive, respectful clinical environment.
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Texas and graduation from an accredited physical therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
- Strong skills in patient assessment, treatment planning, and delivery of evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
- Ability to provide clear patient education, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare partners.
- Demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and capacity to work independently in an on-site setting while managing a part-time schedule.
- CPR/First Aid certification and familiarity with relevant clinical safety and compliance standards; experience in outpatient, orthopedic, or sports rehabilitation is a plus.
