What You'll Be Doing:

• Conduct in-home consultations with residential customers to assess HVAC needs and recommend system replacements, upgrades, or indoor air quality solutions
• Present clear, compelling solutions based on customer needs, system efficiency, and comfort goals
• Close high-value sales and guide homeowners through financing options and post-sale next steps
• Manage your pipeline and follow-ups using our CRM system
• Balance company-provided leads with your own proactive outreach and referrals
• Represent the Self Brothers brand with professionalism, empathy, and integrity

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in HVAC sales, in-home services, or consultative selling (solar, roofing, windows, pest control, etc.) preferred
• Excellent communication and listening skills - you make people feel heard and understood
• Confidence in presenting big-ticket solutions and overcoming objections
• Ability to self-generate leads through networking, community presence, and outreach
• Discipline to manage your own schedule and follow up with precision
• A team player who thrives in a values-driven culture

Compensation & Perks:

• 100% Commission-Based - no income cap. Your effort and skill determine your earnings
• Realistic Earning potential ranges from $100,000 to $400,000 annually based on performance
