Join our team as a Sales Back Office & Customer Care Specialist, where you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth order processing, exceptional customer experience, and seamless coordination across departments.
What you’ll do:
• Process sales orders, quotations, and invoices with accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain customer data, pricing, and product information in CRM/ERP systems
• Coordinate with logistics, finance, and warehouse teams to ensure on-time delivery
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
• Support the sales team with reporting, documentation, and administrative tasks
• Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to customers
What we’re looking for
• Experience in sales support, back office operations, or customer service
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP tools
• Good knowledge of English is required. Knowledge of Italian will be considered a plus
Full-time role | Office based in Doral, Florida
Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 per year (based on experience and qualifications)
