Overview
At Selery, we’re dedicated to simplifying e-commerce warehousing and order fulfillment. We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to help manage the daily operation of a 400,00 sq. ft fulfillment center serving over 200 customers. The position reports to the Senior Manager of Operation and the COO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, managing staff, and implementing strategies to meet business goals.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily operations to achieve company goals
- Direct report for operations team leaders responsible for the effective performance and productivity of both company and staffing company employees.
- Manages operational activities and reporting activities with the WMS, Ship Hero.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance productivity and efficiency including planning and staffing of labor to ensure coverage
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement necessary changes
- Oversee project management activities to ensure timely completion
Skills
- Proven experience in operations management in a distribution center, fulfillment or logistics environment or a similar role
- Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills
- Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team development and positive morale of the team
- Demonstrated expertise in process improvement methodologies
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
