Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Springfield, OH, for an Inventory Specialist. The Inventory Specialist will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory counts, controlling inventory flow, overseeing inventory management systems, and ensuring alignment with organizational standards. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with team members, providing excellent customer service, and producing detailed inventory reports. The role requires a hands-on approach to physical inventory tasks and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Physical Inventory, Inventory Control, and Inventory Management
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service capabilities
- Ability to work well under deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate inventory records
- Familiarity with inventory tracking software is a plus
- Proven work experience in inventory or warehouse management preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in inventory management are a bonus
