Office Coordinator
Location: Santa Maria, CA
Starting Pay: $28-$30 DOE
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Select Staffing is hiring an Office Coordinator. This position Support daily operations and serve as the onsite point of contact for the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee office readiness and coordinate vendors for cleaning, maintenance, and IT/telecom needs.
- Communicate with building management on facility issues.
- Manage office supplies, purchasing, and basic budget tracking.
- Maintain office organization, required postings, mail, deliveries, and office logs.
- Assist with office projects such as moves, signage, access/badges, and minor upgrades.
- Support a positive office culture through coordination of employee engagement activities and events.
- Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, leave logistics, and maintain confidential employee files.
- Assist with recruitment, training logistics, employee communications, and tracking policy/training completion.
- Provide timekeeping support, including routing questions, reminders, and basic tracking.

What We’re Looking For: · 2 years of experience in operations coordination, office administration or human resources · Comfortable working with systems (Google Workspace/Excel, HR portals, DocuSign) · Bilingual English/Spanish
