As an experienced Digital Marketing Analyst you are integral to driving data-driven, decision-making processes within our digital marketing endeavors with a focus on lead data analysis. You will independently analyze marketing data using advanced tools like SQL, Excel, and dashboards to extract actionable insights and shape strategic recommendations. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends and provide recommendations to optimize marketing strategies. Your proven ability to leverage data to drive business results and enhance customer engagement is paramount.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Independently analyze marketing data using advanced tools like SQL, Excel, etc. to derive actionable insights and shape strategic recommendations.
• Generate comprehensive reports oversee key performance indicators (KPIs) and collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective analysis.
• Examine lead data to identify trends and patterns providing insightful recommendations to optimize marketing strategies and drive tangible business outcomes.
• Utilize data visualization platforms such as Tableau, PowerBI, and Amazon QuickSight to illustrate campaign performance and craft compelling narratives.
• Translate data analysis findings into actionable business and marketing optimization strategies presenting discoveries to marketing teams clearly and concisely.
• Engage in cross-collaboration with marketing ETL and relevant teams to streamline operations and enhance outcomes.

Skills/Abilities:

• Proficiency in SQL for complex data querying and manipulation.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and visualization.
• Expertise in data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Amazon QuickSight)
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Results-oriented thrives in a fast-paced environment and adapts quickly
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• An organized and highly detail-oriented individual with excellent time management and project management skills
• Ability to mentor junior analysts and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing Business Analytics or related field
• 3 years of experience in digital marketing analytics or a related role.
• Extensive experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
• Advanced knowledge using visualization tools (e.g. Looker, QuickSight, etc.)
• Proven track record of leveraging data to drive business results and enhance customer engagement.

Physical Requirements:

• Work is performed indoors with potential for exposure to safety and health hazards related to office work. Could periodically travel to other office and operational sites. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
