- Develop customer-specific service plans and participate in business reviews
- Create proposals and solutions tailored to customer transportation and service needs
- Partner with operations, safety, and compliance teams to ensure successful service execution
- Support growth initiatives with both new and existing accounts
- Travel as needed to support customer relationships, conferences, and business development efforts
