We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team in a dynamic cosmetic manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and experience working with hand tools, power tools, and assembly line processes. This role is essential in supporting various production activities, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Packaging & assemble components using hand tools and power tools as required.
- Work in production lines to help package cosmetics.
- Fabricate parts according to specifications, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Participate in assembly line operations, contributing to the overall efficiency of production processes.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed, demonstrating mechanical knowledge.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing facility is preferred.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Basic mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Ability to work on an assembly line and follow detailed instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory; training may be provided.
