What You'll Do:
- Partner closely with high-performing finance and accounting professionals to identify the right career opportunities and build long-term relationships.
- Work directly with the Managing Partners to understand their talent needs and deliver customized recruiting solutions.
- Drive the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and vetting to helping with offer negotiation.
- Leverage your industry expertise to assess candidates' technical skills, leadership potential, and cultural fit.
- Stay ahead of market trends and position yourself as a go-to resource for top talent and industry insights.
What We're Looking For:
- High level of integrity and meticulous reputation.
- Experience in recruiting or a background in accounting and finance, ideally as a CPA or finance professional looking to pivot into recruiting.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to connect with high performers.
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
