As a Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Providing direct patient care and supervision to our nursing staff on weekends
- Developing and implementing effective care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Supervising and mentoring nursing staff to promote professional growth and development
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies
- Provide direct patient care, including assessments, interventions, and evaluations
