What You'll Do
As a Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:
• Prospecting and closing new business opportunities while expanding existing customer accounts.
• Planning efficient daily field call routes to maximize customer interactions.
• Visiting customer sites to consult on hydraulic, fluid power, and heavy equipment applications.
• Preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing high-margin sales.
• Managing territory travel corridors to maximize schedule efficiency.
• Tracking customer information, sales activities, and pipeline progress in the CRM.
• Collaborating with internal support teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
• 2 years of field sales or business development experience required.
• Background in hydraulics, fluid power, heavy machinery, or construction required.
• 1 years of leadership, supervisory, or management experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and willingness to travel daily.
• Strong self-direction, time management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and standard business software.

Location & Schedule
