- Lead electrical engineering design and advisory teams on utility-scale power projects
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Mentor junior engineers and support business development efforts
- Provide expertise in power distribution, generation, substations, renewables, and power system modeling
- Assist with proposal development and project planning
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- ~ 10 years in electrical engineering focused on utility and power projects
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) license (any U.S. state) – Highly Preferred
- Proficient with power system modeling tools (SKM, ETAP, etc.)
- Strong communicator with client engagement skills
- Willing to travel up to 50% and work hybrid (3 days/week REMOTE; 2 days/week in office or client site)
- Located near or open to relocating to Ft. Worth TX, Greenville SC, Denver CO, Philadelphia PA, Cary NC, or Chicago IL
