Inside Sales – Commercial Projects (Restaurant Furniture)
Seating Hub is a growing eCommerce and project-based supplier focused on commercial restaurant furniture. We provide chairs, barstools, tables, booths, and indoor/outdoor seating solutions for hospitality spaces across the U.S.
As we continue to expand, we’re always interested in connecting with experienced inside sales professionals who enjoy working with business customers and managing larger, relationship-driven projects.
This role is ideal for someone who likes owning deals from start to finish, working on real commercial spaces, and helping restaurants bring their concepts to life with the right furniture.
What You’ll Do
- Manage inbound B2B inquiries via email, phone, and web
- Guide customers through product selections (chairs, barstools, tables, booths, indoor/outdoor collections)
- Build quotes and proposals for commercial and multi-unit projects
- Own opportunities from initial contact through order placement
- Act as the main point of contact throughout the sales process
- Coordinate internally to ensure accurate orders and smooth fulfillment
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in inside sales, account management, or B2B sales
- Comfortable handling larger-ticket, project-based orders
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
- Experience in restaurant furniture, hospitality, or commercial interiors is a plus (not required)
- Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems
