Assembly Supervisor
Selected Furniture LLC is seeking an experienced and motivated Assembly Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our Assembly Department. This position will be responsible for supervising approximately 10–12 employees, training team members, maintaining workflow, and ensuring production goals are met.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, be dependable, and have the ability to motivate employees while maintaining quality and efficiency.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct 10–12 assembly employees
- Train new and current employees on proper assembly procedures
- Monitor daily production goals and ensure deadlines are met
- Maintain quality standards throughout the assembly process
- Assign work and keep employees on task
- Communicate production issues or employee concerns to management
- Promote a safe and productive work environment
- Ensure employees follow company policies and procedures
- Assist with hands-on assembly work when needed
Qualifications:
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred
- Manufacturing or furniture assembly experience preferred
- Must be able to train and coach employees effectively
- Must be able to meet production goals and maintain quality standards
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Dependable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
Schedule:
Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Friday: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Based on experience

Selected Furniture LLC is looking for someone who can lead by example, keep employees motivated, and help ensure the Assembly Department runs efficiently each day.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
