Job Description
Summary
- Support the organic channel results and help to develop strategies to grow organic traffic and revenue
- Conduct competitive analysis
- Identify SEO gaps in our product portfolio and partner with merchandising on keyword opportunities
- Build and present SEO performance narratives to leadership, Technical SEO
- Audit site health and prioritize technical fixes with the dev team
- Manage URL structure, canonicalization, and internal linking strategy
- Support SEO workstream for major platform initiatives (ex. Shopify)
- Monitor Core Web Vitals and page speed across key pages
Content & On-Page
- Develop keyword strategies for PLPs, LPs, and blog content
- Partner with the content team on an editorial calendar aligned to search intent
- Optimize existing pages for rankings and conversions (not just traffic - we care about revenue)
- Build landing pages that balance SEO value with conversion goals
Analytics & Reporting
- Track rankings, traffic, and revenue attribution
- Build dashboards that tell a story
- Identify trends early and propose action plans
Experience
- 3 years SEO experience, preferably in ecommerce
- Deep experience with technical SEO (crawlability, indexation, site architecture)
- Proficiency with SEO tools (SEOClarity, Screaming Frog, GSC, Ahrefs or SEMrush)
- Strong analytical skills - comfortable in GA4 and can pull your own data
- Proven ability to move from research → strategy → execution independently
- Clear communication skills - can explain SEO to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience managing SEO through site migrations or significant platform changes (big plus)
Nice to Have
- Experience in home goods, home improvement, or custom products verticals
- Familiarity with BigQuery or SQL for deeper analysis
- Content strategy experience
- Understanding of how SEO interacts with paid search and overall channel mix
Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
