The Marketing Manager will serve as the key driver of our brand, messaging and market presence, leading strategic and day-to-day marketing efforts that support growth across our managed IT and cybersecurity services. Working cross-functionally with leadership, sales and technical teams, the Marketing Manager will help strengthen market positioning, support lead generation, maintain brand consistency, and elevate the overall client and prospect experience. This role blends strategy, creativity and execution, with responsibility for developing marketing campaigns, managing LinkedIn and social media content, creating compelling written content, and designing high-quality marketing materials including infographics, one-pagers, digital assets and executive-level presentations. This role requires strong experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the technology, managed services, cybersecurity or SaaS industries.
What You’ll Do:
Position & Messaging
- Sharpen our voice in the MSP space (clear, differentiated, confident)
- Translate technical services into compelling, outcome-driven messaging
- Maintain and evolve brand standards across all marketing materials, ensuring consistency in design, tone, messaging and visual identity
Pipeline & Demand Generation
- Build and execute campaigns that generate consistent MQL flow
- Partner with sales, leadership and subject matter experts to develop sales enablement materials and marketing content that supports business development efforts
- Analyze campaign performance and audience engagement to refine messaging, visuals strategies and marketing effectiveness Digital & Content Strategy
- Develop high-impact content (case studies, thought leadership, videos/photos, etc.)
- Oversee paid media and organic growth strategies
- Develop, manage and execute social media strategies
- Write compelling copy for social media posts to increase brand awareness, audience engagement and business visibility
CRM & Marketing Operations
- Leverage HubSpot to build workflows, nurture sequences and reporting
- Establish clean attribution and performance tracking
- Continuously refine based on data
Events, Community & Partnerships
- Drive strategy for industry events, conferences and local engagement
- Support partner/channel marketing initiatives
- Build brand presence in key verticals (healthcare, finance, manufacturing, etc.)
Vendor Management
- Manage external partners (agencies, freelancers, tools)
- Bring accountability, clarity and execution discipline
Creative & Design
- Design high-impact, executive-ready PowerPoint decks for client pitches and internal meetings
- Create short-form and long-form video content optimized for platforms including LinkedIn and Facebook
- Create engaging advertisements, flyers and newsletters
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, digital media or related field
- 5 years in marketing with direct MSP/IT service experience
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation (HubSpot preferred)
- Experience with paid advertising platforms including Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- Advanced experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva and Figma
- Experience writing for multiple formats, including presentations, web, email campaigns, social media, sales enablement and executive communications
- Strong experience managing LinkedIn and professional social media platforms for business marketing and brand growth
Preferred Skills:
- Strong graphic design capabilities with an eye for layout, branding, typography and visual storytelling
- Advanced PowerPoint presentation design skills
- Exceptional written communication skills with strong attention to detail, grammar and editing
- Ability to adapt tone and messaging for different audiences, platforms and business objectives
- Ability to analyze engagement data and adjust strategies to improve reach, visibility and performance
- Professional video editing and production skills
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and leadership teams
Salary : $70,000 - $95,000
