As a Cambria Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting clients in our boutique showroom, promoting Cambria countertops, plumbing fixtures, installation services, and developing and implementing sales strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate Sales Leads and Convert Them into Sales: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to identify and convert potential customers into clients.
  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Collaborate with our team to create comprehensive sales plans that align with our business objectives.
  • Negotiate Contracts and Close Deals: Negotiate contracts and close sales to ensure the success of our sales efforts.
  • Develop and Maintain Relationships with Clients: Foster strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct Product Demonstrations and Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of Cambria countertops and other products.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service and Support: Prioritize customer satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service and support.

Performance Metrics:

  • Meet or Exceed Monthly Sales Targets and Goals: Demonstrate a commitment to achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
  • Maintain Accurate and Up-to-Date Records of Customer Interactions and Sales Efforts: Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Stay Updated with Industry Trends and Product Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends and product developments to enhance your sales expertise.
  • Attend Local Industry Events to Promote Our Products and Services: Participate in local industry events to promote our products and services effectively.
  • Willingness to Cover Our Local Showrooms as Needed: Be prepared to cover our local showrooms as necessary to support our sales efforts.
