Location: Detroit, Michigan (Wayne, Oakland & Macomb Counties coverage)
Contract Duration: 04/20/2026 – 08/15/2026 (17 Weeks, potential to convert)
Weekly Gross Pay: $2,200
Schedule: Mon to Fri: 8AM - 4:30 PM
One Saturday per month (as required)

Key Responsibilities
Active Michigan RN license
BLS certification (AHA)
Minimum 1 Year Of Home Health Experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in acute care
Education
Completion of an accredited nursing program
Work Details
Approximately 6 patient visits per day
Daily travel required (40–60 miles)

Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients in their homes
- Assess patient condition and develop care plans
- Monitor progress and update care plans as needed
- Coordinate with therapy and support services
- Educate patients and families on care plans
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Travel to patient locations within assigned areas
- Minimum 1 year of Home Health experience (REQUIRED)
- At least 9 months of clinical nursing experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a home care environment
- Ability to interact with diverse patient populations
- Physically able to lift/move patients when required
- Preferred Experience- Acute care experience preferred
- Completion of an accredited Registered Nursing program (NLN accredited preferred)
- Certifications & Licensure (Required)
- Active Michigan RN License
- BLS Certification (AHA required)
- Valid Michigan Driver’s License with clean driving record
- Reliable transportation & phone access
