Job Title: Production Supervisorlocation: 2375 Morse Ave, Irvine, CA - 92614Duration: 12 months (Possible extension or Hire)Pay Rate: $30-35/h on W2Shift: 5 AM - 1:30 PM Job Description:Supervise non-exempt manufacturing personnel for instrument final assembly manufacturing of various product lines.Coordinate day to day activities.Provide input on manufacturability, ergonomics, test improvements, routings, and capacity.Operate and manage department within budget.Must be willing to work on a 2nd shift as needed. Education & Experience.Onsite 4 Years of Experience in a supervisory role Experience in a Manufacturing EnvironmentBachelor’s degree in business or engineering Role involves overseeing the Packaging line consisting of about 12 employees.The line will be packaging catheter products.The position also has a strong focus on safety projects and assisting with Ops support.The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of manufacturing supervisory experience with some project management experience as well.Will look at experience in other industries and candidates without degree but degree preferred.
