Required Qualifications
• Graduate of an AMA- or CoARC-approved Respiratory Therapy program.
• Valid Ohio Respiratory Care Professional (RCP) license.
• Current BLS certification.
• RRT preferred; CRT candidates may be considered if registry-eligible and appropriately experienced, with the ability to obtain RRT within 120 days of the employment start date.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and emergency response skills.
