Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8-hour days
Start Time: 8:30 AM
End Time: 5:00 PM
On-Call: No on-call requirement

The RN will provide home health services in:
- Middlefield
- Middletown
- Durham
- Haddam
- Killingworth
- Chester
- Deep River
- Surrounding towns
Requirements
- Home Health experience required
- RN license and required credentials must be current
- Experience with HCHB and PointCare preferred/required for the assignment
- Skills checklist must be submitted with the candidate
