Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound and outbound calls from patients regarding remote cardiac monitoring equipment.
• Assist patients with troubleshooting device-related issues.
• Process replacement equipment orders accurately.
• Document all customer interactions and update records using internal systems.
• Navigate multiple software applications while speaking with patients.
• Protect confidential patient information and follow HIPAA/privacy guidelines.
• Collaborate with clinical, technical, and field support teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with empathy, patience, and professionalism

Required Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service, technical support, call center, healthcare support, or operational support experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn multiple software systems quickly.
• Ability to multitask while handling calls, documenting information, and navigating systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications f

• Experience in healthcare, medical devices, patient support, or clinical environments.
• Bachelor's degree preferred (Associate degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience will also be considered).
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
• Technical troubleshooting experience is highly desirable.
