Job Title: Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
Location: Bloomfield Hills, Michigan
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks with the possible extension
Schedule: Monday - Thursday 0800-1700. (4 days a week - 32hrs per week)
Interview: Phone or Microsoft Teams
Minimum Experience: 1 Year
Primary Work Location: Bloomfield Hills, MI
Secondary Work Locations as needed

Columbus Hematology Oncology - Novi, MI 48377
West Bloomfield Gyn Oncology - West Bloomfield, MI 48322
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Medical Assistant (MA) to support clinical operations and provide patient care in a healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will have recent EPIC experience and strong clinical and administrative skills. Oncology experience is a plus.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of Medical Assistant experience
Medical Assistant certification – Required
BLS certification – Required
EPIC experience – Required
Oncology experience – Preferred
Strong communication and patient-care skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team
Key Responsibilities
Assist providers with patient care and clinical procedures
Obtain and document patient vital signs and medical history
Prepare patients for examinations and treatments
Assist with clinical procedures as directed
Maintain accurate patient documentation in EPIC
Support scheduling, patient communication, and other clinical administrative duties
Maintain exam rooms, supplies, and equipment
Follow infection-control, safety, and facility protocols
Support oncology-related services as applicable
