Assembler

Manufacturing Technician II

Pay Rate: $20/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:30 AM–2:00 PM
Overtime: As needed

Job Summary

The Manufacturing Technician will help assemble, manufacture, package, and label medical device products. This is an entry-level position, and training will be provided. Employees must follow safety procedures, SOPs, GMP/cGMP, and quality standards.

Main Responsibilities

• Assemble or glue medical device components.
• Wash and clean components/equipment.
• Package, seal, and label finished products.
• Prepare products for sterilization.
• Operate basic production equipment such as sealers and autoclaves.
• Keep the production area clean and organized.
• Receive and move production supplies.
• Follow safety, quality, SOP, and GMP requirements.
• Wear required PPE and complete assigned training.

Work Environment

• May work in a cleanroom environment.
• May need to wear scrubs, hairnets/bonnets, masks, gloves, safety glasses, and other PPE.
• Some overtime and rotating duties may be required.

Physical Requirements

• Able to sit or stand for an 8-hour shift.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs individually and up to 65 lbs with a team.
• Comfortable with repetitive hand movements and frequent handling of objects.
• 20/25 vision required, with or without corrective lenses.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
• Basic English reading, writing, and speaking skills.
• Able to understand safety and work instructions.
• Basic math skills.
