Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary needs and preferences.
- Monitor and document vital signs and changes in patient conditions.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental well-being.
- Observe and report any significant changes in the client's health or behavior to healthcare professionals.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks.
- Administer first aid when necessary and ensure that all safety protocols are followed.
- Assist with mobility and transportation needs, including accompanying clients to appointments or community activities.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in caregiving, nursing home, or long-term care settings is preferred.
- Knowledge of patient observation techniques and ability to recognize vital signs.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Certification in first aid and CPR is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
