Overview
We are seeking a dedicated 7a-7p Personal Care Aide / CNA to join our vibrant team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and individuals with disabilities by delivering exceptional personal care and support during daytime hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support
• Provide compassionate memory care for individuals with Alzheimer’s and dementia, ensuring their safety and comfort
• Support residents with mobility challenges, including transfer assistance and safe use of assistive devices
• Observe and report changes in residents’ physical or emotional condition promptly to nursing staff or supervisors
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment adhering to infection control protocols and aseptic techniques
• Collaborate with caregiver team, nurses, and coordinators in home & community care environments

Requirements

• PCA Experience OR CNA license
• Experience working with seniors in long-term care, assisted living, nursing homes, or hospitals; critical care experience is a plus
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to document tasks appropriately
• Ability to work effectively with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs
• Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards
• Compassionate caregiving attitude with excellent communication skills
