Select Savvy is seeking an exceptional Intensive Autism Teacher for a full-time, in-person position at a wonderful school in the Boulder Valley, CO area!

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized instructional and behavioral plans for students with autism and multiple challenges.
- Create a structured, supportive classroom environment tailored to each student’s needs.
- Collaborate with paraeducators, therapists, and school teams to ensure consistent and effective programming.
- Collect and analyze data to track student progress and inform instruction.
- Communicate effectively with families and colleagues to support student success.
- Maintain compliance with IEP goals and state/district guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid Colorado teaching license (effective through the end of the school year) or have a licensure application in process.
- Master’s degree in Special Education or related field preferred.
- Several years of classroom experience working with students with autism and multiple disabilities strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of evidence-based instructional and behavioral practices for students with autism.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and organization skills.
- Dedication to building an inclusive, positive learning environment.
