Select Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Occupational Hand Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team in San Francisco, CA. Our clinics are fully equipped to support a wide range of patient needs, from post-surgical rehabilitation to non-operative conditions and work conditioning. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with a skilled, multidisciplinary team while treating a diverse patient population. Minimum Requirements:• 1 year of hand therapy experience• Splinting experience required

Compensation:
- Salary Range starting at: $105,000.00 up to $125,000.00 (Commensurate with experience)
- $20,000 SIGN ON BONUS

Responsibilities
- Collaboration: Supervise assistants and aides and contribute to case management.
- High Standard of Care: Stay current and up to date with occupational therapy research and employ Evidence Based Practice (RCB, clinician expertise, patient perception).
- Personalized Treatment: Provide comprehensive and individualized treatment, from evaluating and creating a plan of care to treatment and discharge.
- Relationship-Building: Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients. Enhance and expand client relations with facilities and their staff.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate of an American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) -accredited school of occupational therapy
- CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license
- 1 year minimum exp in hands required
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least two years of experience in the application of custom splinting pre and post-op orthopedic
- Minimum two years in adult rehabilitation; hand and splinting experience preferred
