As a House Cleaner with Select One Cleaning, LLC, you’ll be responsible for providing top-quality cleaning services in residential homes, ensuring a spotless and welcoming environment for our clients. Duties include dusting, vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting kitchens and bathrooms, and other general cleaning tasks.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have a valid driver’s license or reliable transportation
• Must pass a background check
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must be able to communicate clearly in English (verbal and written)
• Must have a working smartphone (used for scheduling & updates)
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Perform residential cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, disinfecting, and polishing
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas according to company standards
• Follow detailed instructions on special client requests
• Handle cleaning supplies safely and use proper equipment (training provided)
• Notify supervisor of any maintenance issues, damages, or client concerns
• Maintain a respectful and professional attitude in client homes
• Track time and appointments accurately
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and kneel for extended periods
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
• Comfortable working around cleaning agents (protective gloves provided)
  
  

Preferred But Not Required

• Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Familiarity with eco-friendly cleaning products
