As a Finishing Manager, you'll be responsible for leading finishing operations across owned and contracted facilities, ensuring pigs reach their full growth potential through effective performance monitoring, market selection, and collaboration with animal care teams and production partners.

Hours are typically 8am – 5pm with rotating weekends and holidays.

Requirements (Qualifications):

• Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn in a fast-paced, hands-on agricultural environment
• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting 50 pounds, and work around livestock while following animal care and biosecurity practices
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing tasks and priorities
• Valid driver’s license required
• Prior agricultural or hog farming experience preferred; 3-5 years is ideal
