Hours of Operation

Full-Time Positions
Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (rotating schedule)
Closed Sundays

Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative at Northwest Title Loans, you will be the first point of contact for both potential borrowers and current customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Answering customer inquiries about loan products and services.
• Evaluating vehicles for loan eligibility and explaining terms to customers.
• Managing customer accounts, tracking loan status, and processing payments.
• Maintaining daily communication with customers via phone, email, and in-person, providing updates, making courtesy calls, and addressing customer concerns.
• Providing excellent customer service by delivering timely, accurate, and friendly support.
• Various Office Tasks:
  • Data entry and updating customer accounts in our system.
  • Filing and maintaining accurate documentation for loans and payments.
  • Processing loan applications and assisting in the approval process.
  • Sorting and distributing office mail, packages, and customer correspondences.
  • Managing and organizing office supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed to support the office team.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience: Prior customer service experience is preferred, but not required. We’ll provide the training you need to succeed!
• Computer Skills: Basic computer skills and experience with data entry are a must.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
