NovaCare Rehabilitation in Bowie, MD is seeking a passionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our dynamic outpatient team. This is a great opportunity for a therapist who enjoys working with upper extremity (UE) cases and is committed to delivering high-quality patient care.

We are ideally looking for a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) or an OT with at least three years of experience in upper extremity rehabilitation. However, we are also open to considering new graduates who have completed Level II fieldwork in hand therapy and demonstrate strong clinical potential.

Position Highlights

• Primary caseload Upper extremity and hand therapy, including shoulder conditions and select neurodiagnoses.
• Team environment You’ll work alongside a multidisciplinary team of Physical Therapists (PTs) and Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs).
• Solo OT role You’ll be the only OT onsite, supported by a local network of experienced hand therapists.
• Flexible caseload We tailor your caseload based on your experience, skillset, and professional goals.
• Schedule Full-time begins at 32 hours/week, with a preference for a 40-hour schedule. No weekends required.
