The Department of Psychology at Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation- Fort Worth is seeking a Licensed Counselor (LPC or LCSW) to join our psychology team. This full-time position will be a blended position, including primary Day Neuro treatment mixed with some additional Inpatient rehabilitation support.

Key Responsibilities Include
- Providing individual, family, and group therapy
- Facilitating psychoeducational and functional groups
- Offering patient/family education on emotional adjustment and recovery
- Participating in co-treatments with other disciplines
- Involvement in team conferences and family conferences
- Collaborating closely with psychology, speech therapy, occupational therapy, and physical therapy
#BSWIR - Inpatient
Minimum Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
- Master’s degree appropriate to position.
- Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Texas
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and ability to integrate into a transdisciplinary team environment.
- BLS certification required (may be obtained upon hire)
