- Communicate with insurance carriers, clinics, and patients
- Request additional documentation or retro authorizations when necessary
- Accurately log all actions and outcomes in our billing system
- Support other billing-related projects and tasks as assigned
✔ Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year of customer service experience (retail, hospitality, banking, or healthcare
- Experience with medical billing or insurance claims
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Comfortable with high-volume computer work
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
