Compensation Administration
- Support Compensation Analysts with annual compensation review activities and compensation planning processes.
- Gather market data and prepare materials used to evaluate employee compensation.
- Assist with audits and data validation within the Company's compensation systems to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Maintain compensation-related files, reports, salary structures, and documentation.
- Create and maintain positions within HR and compensation systems.
- Support ongoing compensation processes, including increase hold reviews and approved increase uploads.
- Assist in managing the compensation inbox and responding to routine compensation inquiries.
- Provide timely, professional support to leaders and Human Resources partners.
- Escalate complex compensation matters to Compensation Analysts as appropriate.
- Partner with and learn from Compensation Analysts through participation in compensation projects and reviews.
- Develop knowledge of compensation administration, market pricing, salary structures, and internal equity concepts.
- Build the skills and experience necessary for progression into a Compensation Analyst role.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field required.
- Previous internship, HR, compensation, analytics, or related experience preferred.

- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with a high level of attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, maintain confidentiality, provide excellent customer service, and work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
- Demonstrates adaptability and a willingness to learn new processes, systems, and compensation principles.
