Select Physical Therapy in Ridgecrest, CA is seeking a full‑time Hand Therapist (Occupational Therapist) to join our outpatient orthopedic team. Our clinic offers a supportive, energetic environment with a strong focus on mentorship, collaboration, and high‑quality patient care.
Compensation:
- Salary Range: $87,000.00 - $104,000.00/year
- Up to $20,000 Sign On Bonus

Responsibilities
- Collaboration: Supervise assistants and aides and contribute to case management.
- High Standard of Care: Stay current and up to date with occupational therapy research and employ Evidence Based Practice (RCB, clinician expertise, patient perception).
- Personalized Treatment: Provide comprehensive and individualized treatment, from evaluating and creating a plan of care to treatment and discharge.
- Relationship-Building: Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients. Enhance and expand client relations with facilities and their staff.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate of an American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) -accredited school of occupational therapy
- CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least two years of experience in the application of custom splinting pre and post-op orthopedic
- Minimum two years in adult rehabilitation; hand and splinting experience preferred
