This role is ideal for a natural connector who thrives on building relationships, securing meetings, and converting opportunities into revenue. You'll own outreach to new brand partners, represent Select at industry events, develop compelling pitches, and collaborate with our talent management team to execute campaigns.RESPONSIBILITIESResearch and identify new brand partners and agency contacts, proactively reaching out to drive new business using CRM and prospecting toolsConduct outreach and networking efforts to secure 5-10 brand meetings per weekDevelop and refine sales materials, pitch decks, and proposals including creator recommendations and rate proposalsRepresent Select at industry events, brand summits, and activations, building relationships and expanding our networkMaintain buyer pipelines and outreach tracking in Streak CRM to support strategy and reportingQualify inbound leads and warm inquiries, determining fit and routing appropriatelyCollaborate with talent managers and the partnerships team to ensure seamless deal execution from contract through campaign deliveryTrack and report on outreach metrics, response rates, and pipeline healthQUALIFICATIONS2-4 years in brand partnerships, sales, or agency experience within digital media, influencer marketing, or entertainmentNatural networker and salesperson comfortable with cold outreach and building relationships from scratchStrong understanding of the creator economy, major platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube), and influencer marketing metricsExcellent communication and pitching skills, you know how to sell an idea and close a dealHighly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesExperience with CRM tools (Streak, HubSpot, or similar) and outreach trackingProactive, high-energy, and self-motivated, you make things happen without being askedBased in Los Angeles or New York with ability to work hybrid in-officeExisting relationships with brand marketers or agency contacts a plusABOUT THE COMPANY:Select Management Group is the leading management firm representing next generation talent, producing award-winning content, and developing original business ventures.
