What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bilingual Customer Service Representative position at Select Insurance Plus, Inc.?
Seeking applicants who have customer service experience. This position is full time / 40 hour work week. This job calls for working in an office. You will not be able to work from any other location due to the licensing requirements of the state. This job calls for outbound and inbound phone calls throughout the work day. We are an insurance call center with no in person contact with customers.
This position also requires the candidate to process miscellaneous insurance related tasks for the department. In addition to your hourly pay there are opportunities to increase income through incentives and goals. Must be able to work the hours between 9AM and 6PM, Monday through Friday. Being bilingual is a plus since our customer base is predominantly Spanish speaking. We pay full salary while you are training. Please note if you have any misdemeanors or felonies on your record you can not apply since everyone must be licensed as we are regulated by the Department of Financial Services of Florida.
