We are looking for an RN to for a Monday through Friday 8 am to 4 pm schedule and benefits such as paid vacation, paid holidays off, no weekends, and no on-call responsibilities. This Registered Nurse will provide services for the Aged and Disabled Waiver program and Veterans Administration's Homemaker and Home Health Aide (H/HHA) program.
Pay will be based on experience. RN will complete home visits for initial, 6 month and annual assessments, attend annual PAS, complete in-home post hospital visits to update PAL's, and supervise Personal Attendants to ensure that the care documented on the PAL is being done. This position will also assist with mandated training for our Personal Attendants as needed.
Must have valid driver license and be willing to travel, company car available as well as mileage reimbursement.
Hours are Monday through Friday 8am-4pm. No on-call. Flexible hours.
Pay based on qualifications and experience.
